刨子 bāozi are steamed buns with a filling. 
The dough is made from simple white bread flour and yeast.
The filling can be anything, but generally has meat, or tofu and vegetables.
If you have a special request for the filling, please tell us! 
I like to experiment!
刨子 bāozi can be eaten for breakfast, or anytime as a filling snack.
